1. Eligibility

To use Cortado Coffee, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Cortado Coffee only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we’ve given you written permission otherwise. You also agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content;
• Interfere with the App’s operation;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data;
• Violate any laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account and Subscriptions

Free Tier:

Basic features of Cortado are free to use.

Paid Tiers:

Premium features are available via subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Community Features

Be respectful and constructive. Do not harass, spam, or post abusive content. Cortado Coffee reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to community features at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Cortado Coffee or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

Your own content (ratings, reviews, etc.) remains yours, but by submitting it to Cortado Coffee, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cortado Coffee is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties—express or implied—about the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for:

• User-generated content;
• Temporary unavailability;
• Loss of data.

Use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortado Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll notify you via the App or email. Continued use of Cortado Coffee after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
